The Pan Pacific Congress of Real Estate Appraisers, Valuers and Counsellors (PPC) is an organisation of national valuation professional bodies in the Asia Pacific Region which began in the 1950s. Members of PPC comprise valuation bodies from Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and USA. The congress is held once every two years.

The Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers is hosting the 32nd Pan Pacific Congress in Singapore from 29 September to 02 October 2025 at the Concorde Hotel. It serves as a useful platform for industry experts in the region as well as the world to establish rapport and interact, exchange views on practices and methodologies in order to raise the level of professionalism and to better serve our clients.

The theme of the Congress is Valuation and Sustainability : Embracing The Challenges In Practice and other related topics will be presented.
